Shipping

In order to get your gifts in time for Christmas, below are our order cut off dates:

STANDARD DELIVERY:

Within Australia (except WA + NT) 12th December 2022

WA + NT 7th December 2022

EXPRESS POST:

Within Australia (except WA + NT) 19th December 2022

WA + NT14th December 2022

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Your order will be delivered via our courier Sendle. You will receive an email once your order has been confirmed and another email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Most domestic same-city and national deliveries are delivered in just 1 – 5 business days!

We can’t guarantee that a delivery will arrive at a certain time, however we can postpone posting an order if you do not want it to arrive before a certain date.

Please contact us via our email; info@lapach.com.au if you wish to ship internationally.

Providing that your parcel has not yet been picked up by our courier, we can arrange to change your delivery address on your order. Please send us an email to find out if it is not too late. 

No, shipping is calculated at the checkout.

We package every gift box and its contents with the greatest attention to detail, however should any of the items arrive damaged, please email us immediately with a photo of the damaged item and we will be sure to replace it for you at no extra cost.

Yes! Simply head to our Build Your Own page and get creative!

Your gift will be carefully positioned in our boxes which is packed with crinkle paper for extra support. It is then wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with a premium LÂPACH sticker. Your box is closed and tied with beautiful grosgrain ribbon with a handwritten card of your choice is included to complete your gift. It is then placed in a shipping carton packed with air bags to prevent from any damage.

Yes! Each of our gift boxes comes with a complimentary gift card where we will hand write your message on the gift card of your choice.

All invoices are sent via email. We make sure these are not included in your package

Due to the time and attention to detail we take in assembling your gift, all sales are final. We take great care in making sure your gifts get to you just as pretty as they left us. If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please notify us immediately.

We accept payments from all major credit cards through stripe. Or if you have Afterpay, why not take advantage of shopping now and paying later.
